How do I tell what site I am reciving from. Is this from the cc or from the talk group?

If you have a Uniden scanner it will show a Site Number, in your area it will likely be in the 200 series. You can then look in the RadioReference Database or the CARMA Profile and look up the site numbers.

GRE's and RadioShack scanners also provide site numbers but in a modified hex format.
