Robertson Co. Springfield area has moved from the 460 mhz to the new TACN 800mhz system between Oct and Dec 2025. the 460 mhz system is now a ghost of the past.
Just before the move, probably a few months I began to get a strong signal on any radio attached to a base antenna. (turns out a new TACN is from a tower 2 city blocks away from my home) not a new tower just new Antennas.
Everything needs ether a filter or attenuator. uhg. good news is almost everything I listen to is there with no need to add other sites.
Springfield PD, Robertson Co. Sherrif are now 100% encrypted. Bummer but was expected.

My question now is, Are they restructuring site numbers? the reason I ask is that every software I use to discover systems, freq etc is reporting this site as 35 but accourding to radio reference database 35 already exist.
for example..

Site: 1.35 NAC=2A5 BSI=WRYL867

SITE BEE00.2A5-1.35
SysID=2A5 LRA=0 RFSS=1 Site=35 CC=851.7125 SC=70

000851.71250000 <-----CONTROL CHANNEL
000852.06250000
000852.38750000
000852.75000000
000853.50000000
000853.80000000

Am I missing something?

Possibly? I believe there's some equipment out there that reports Sites as Hex while others are Decimal. 35 in Hex is 53 in Dec. 01-53 is listed in RRDB as a VHF site (Pulaski / Giles Co). In the RRDB currently there are no entries for 851.7125. There is an active FCC license for WRYL867 and it has the six frequencies you've listed above on it.

The Pulaski / Giles Co TACN site (01-53) had two listed FCC licenses. WQMT547 is no longer valid (unk freqs) and WQYJ595 only lists 169.575 (164.675) at Site 6, Pulaski / Giles Co.

The Ripley 800 (Lauderdale Co) site (01-35) in the RRDB lists WPPW562 but that license info doesn't match and shows different frequencies and a downtown Nashville location.

If you've got a bead on a working TACN site, be sure to submit it. Surely someone will be around that can put boots on the ground in Giles and/or Lauderdale Co to see if that either site is still a thing.

Now, it's also possible that I'm entirely wrong. It's happened before.

I have already submitted all the info I have on this site. The response was "We already have a site 35. And I have double and triple checked my info and even checked other sites to match site number accordingly and all sites I can receive show the correct site numbers that match what RR has on file.

I will get to Ripley and check but I think site 1-35 may have been replaced by the 700 site 4-34. I will check it out this week with a SDS150 and SDS100.
1-35 was the Fort Pillow Prison System and the 4-34 Ripley 700 was the new upgrade and the Prison moved to the 4-34 Site.

I have been to Ripley 4-34 took the place of 1-35 and is no longer in West Tennessee. 1-35 has been moved as confermed by a good source that the 1-35 has been moved to the Robertson County area.
