State Fair of Texas

Does anyone know what system and/or talk group the police for the State Fair of Texas is operating on this year or if it's encrypted? DPD Channel 12 was silent on opening day today. I was searching NTXIRN also and only noticed that my BCD436HP and SDS100 would keep stopping on Dallas Events C-1, but never any audio. I've been scanning since 1975, but at 63 years old it's almost becoming too much for me to keep up with sometimes.
