Incoming new resident relocating to Millsboro Delaware. Working on a timeline.

What is listenable? Is that even a legitimate word???
Just about any service that is not law enforcement.

Adding that with a good antenna, you could potentially receive the surrounding Maryland counties, and the Maryland statewide system that hosts their state police who do not encrypt their dispatch talk groups.

Today I noticed the Delaware Seashore and Cape Henlopen State Parks on the P25 system / Sussex site, as well as DSP - Kent Dispatch.

Just made a submission for Bellevue State Park, so it looks I’ll have to keep an eye out for the other state parks.

Does N-CER-7 still work down in Sussex for all Trauma cases on the new P25 system and or do the medic units have
a talk group with PRH in Salisbury for trauma when they have to travel by land

Yes, The N-CER-7 still works in Sussex. For PRH I was told there is a talk group for that, but it’s not on line

DOH requirements (I think on a national level?) require that any licensed transport unit have the ability to communicate with a hospital via radio. CER7 is the designated simulcast channel that is used for Kent/Sussex comms to CER. Typically you'll hear Trooper 2 or Lifenet utilizing it when transporting via air. Trooper 4 is close enough to hit a NCC or Kent tower and use CER 5 or 6.

@Audiodave1 or any other DB admin:

I think that we should move up
627273TN-ELS-FCElsmere FCFire-Talk
625271TN-DELCTYDelaware City FCFire-Talk
631277TN-GDWILLGoodwill FCFire-Talk
63527bTN-HOLL THolloway Terrace FCFire-Talk
613265TN-AETNAAetna FCFire-Talk
61926bTN-CHRISChristiana FCFire-Talk

out of their own subsections, and into the New Castle County - Fire Company TAC with the rest of the FD company channels rather then splitting them up.

Looks like the Sussex site enabled two more traffic channels from the SmartZone system this morning: 852.0875 and 853.0875.
