Very nice pic! Don't get to see that often around here..
Busy morning for Red Flag egress. Earlier a couple GOLD 01.11 tankers were
up dragging Saudi F-15's back home via Moron.. The one Saudi F-15 had odd (FFFFF9) mode s
showing callsign HERO51.

Yeah saw that on my log and wondered whose aircraft that was. I probably should have used a slower exposure on the camera for a more detailed picture but was more excited to see the chicks in trail than anything else.

Another group of RAF fighters with support tanker just departed Dover AFB at 1720Z 3/28/2019 Ascot 9104 with 3 chicks in tow
Here are two of the best shots (background sky and detail wise). I slowed down the ASA on the camera to capture more details.

Couple Travis KC-10's into Dover overnight.. Not dragging anyone yet so assume staging.
GOLD 05 83-0080 0325z
GOLD 06 79-1948 0425z

I think F-15E's from SJ will be heading down range soon for a 6 month rotation.
Usually they do about 18 of them at a time so lots of tankers will be needed.

Speaking of Travis seems they have an airshow going this weekend.
Thunder Over the Bay Air Show Timelapse
Sad as so far this is the best video from there..watch cars filling up ramp from the right like ants in line.
U-tube airshow vids are really getting bad anymore.Cellphone cameras only no real cameras.
They were much better 10 years ago with real digi cams instead of cellphones.

Couple interesting C-17's in area today.

RCH 477 07-7189 437thAW into Andrews CP 378.100 1700z,34 pax req customs forms for some
of the USO Tour folks and DV staff members. This tail went thru Romania a few days ago maybe Middle East then
Aviano Italy stop before rtb US.

PITT 69 C-17 93-0601 911 AW Pittsburgh passing thru.. Keep forgetting they have some C-17's now.

TBIRD 14 C-17 04-4128 inbound McGuire tonight 0130z Went to Nellis last night then today dropped
T-Bird gear/crews at Waco Texas for this weekends airshow down there.
Yeah I know doesn't make sense to send C-17 from McGuire to Vegas then Texas and back
McGuire.. It is the USAF way :)

Could be stop for Carib drug duty down that away or local offshore exercise.
Usually they stop at Norfolk NAS headed down to the Carib.
