1825 Local NASA 809 with ZDC mentions freq 307.275 then heard later on another ZDC freq at FL600.
Have that freq in rotation but no label yet. Any ideas?

I have 307.250 as Washington ARTCC Dupont Sector. Entirely possible that I had entered the wrong freq. So---maybe 307.275 is a ZDC Dupont?????
That sounds like a winning name for it Ron.. Forgot about the old Dupont ZDC high freq.
Had that one in my rotation as 307.250 Dupont as well. Maybe FAA tweaked it a bit.

Rgr Ed the 5 RAF F-35B's came thru the other day but was also supposed to be some Typhoons for Red Flag.
Thanks for your input on the Typhoons Mark. The freq I found using the good 'ol search button, 263.1 was confirmed by a person over the pond as recently being used by the RAF 12 SQDN Typhoons which helps to confirm who we heard.

NASA 426 and NASA 809 air to air on 259.700 AM just off Delaware coast 55 miles SE of Sea Isle VOR
Thanks Terry. That explains why I didn't hear them A-A this time. I was listening to 314.05 and heard nothing. I totally forgot about that old 259.7 freq!! I've logged the Shuttle on that years ago! Guess I'll put that back in the scanners for all these NASA snow storm missions. Thank you Terry!

307.25 is Dupont, we've logged it as such numerous times in the past.
I've got 307.275 in my list described as ARTCC northeast bound after 285.45 South NJ. That would be the Dupont/Woodstown sectors. Maybe another spare like 363.05 ?

NASA UHF Freqs

With these recent NASA flights to the Northeast studying snowstorms, I thought it might be a good time to make a new system to scan for NASA up here. Below is what I could find and what I've heard for UHF NASA freqs that might be used. Any more suggestions from you are greatly appreciated.

Sort of unrelated, wasn't there a frequency that HAMs talk to ISS on? I've forgotten it.

NASA UHF AM Mode:
259.7 Air to Ground Primary (I've logged during Shuttle flights here in Maine)
279.0 EVA Orbiter Simplex (Never logged here)
296.8 Air to Ground Secondary (Never Logged here that I can recall)
314.05 Air to Air ER-2 to P-3 (Logged here in January 2020)

Any suggestions of additions to this list would be most appreciated. Thank you in advanced.

230.500 NASA F-18 Never heard this myself
235.400 NASA WB-57 air to ground. Did hear this in the past when they were surveying the area.

I'd imagine anything listed here could be a possibility.

Thanks Freqhopping. I'll add those to my list. Can't hurt, I have the space. I do have that MT NASA pdf as well but I fear it's getting really old. Any idea how old the angelfire.com web page is?

I have added both frequencies in a scanner that processes faster due to less channels being monitored. Will see if anything pops up.

QUAKE 71,72,73 KC-10's from McGuire enroute Hickam Hawaii today.
There is a big ANG exercise Sentry Aloha finishing up in Hawaii so maybe to rtb fighters to US.
Maybe Travis shorthanded now or just large groups to rtb. Always windy there..

Yeah bad scene .. Last logged this one back in April of last year. Only 3 left now.

Today 1726z for a minute logged (A20FCA) N2319 new Beech 350 ENERGY19 belonging to the NNSA at 6100 feet.
Looks like it was sniffing out power plants along the Susquehanna River area.

1232 EST--Looks like the 2 DeeCee (# 58-0075 & 58-1512) are doing pattern work at ADW prior to landing.

1251 EST Two fighters (call sounds like Maple 91) check in w/ZDC Bucks Elbow (371.9). Xmitters sound different, maybe some of the new F-35s from the Vermont ANG?
