Maybe test code "A F35 1st Flight"? I wouldn't read it as the final code you'll see.

As for Little Bird, reflecting on the times I've heard Little Bird and Big Bird used I'm guessing that Big Bird is the acft front end(flt) crew & Little Bird is the operators in the back end. If I remember correctly all of the comms I heard from Big Bird were acft control type comms while the Little Bird comms were technical/system information.

Whats even wierder is that the same AF code was tracked in 2 different continents within hours apart.

A bunch of F-35s have there transponder coded with that and none of the units have bothered to change it. It was probably one guy at the factory that programmed those.
Slow day but for OPEC88 KC-10 85-0031 saw westbound this morning from McGuire 1100 local and back inbound

And as unrelated extra I like this Train Cam at Truckee Ca. Nice picturesque town with tourists on foot and bikes and
of course the famous UP rail tracks thru town aka Donner Pass,Lake Tahoe nearby. UP trains passing thru have one difference in extra Loco
on the backend to get train up and down them thar hills.Will see what it looks like in Winter

ADS-B showing Lifter 01 C-17 # 89-1192 AE07D0 departing from Ft A. P. Hill in VA. Didn't know A.P.Hill could handle C-17s.
Checked Airnav and A.P. Hill has only a 2202 ft long runway. I'm guessing that Liftor 01 left from MCAS Quantico and ADS-B only picked it up over AP Hill. First ADS-B blip on Lifter 01 is at 1225 ft over AP Hill but not too far north from that first blip & on the same heading is MCAS Quantico,
