The weather is looking favorable for the launch of a Minotaur IV rocket July 15 from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility.

I see they had a good launch today down Wallops at 9:46am local.

Score 92 advises Riptide 10 to hold at their initial point until Score can correct some software issue. LJ-35 N354EF is out in the Atlantic Test Track, so he may be Riptide 10. Looks like N354EF is regular L-35 still heading south at FL400, so not Riptide 10.

That has to be a miscode or reused Mode S. They just buzzed me dropping out of IFR and heading up to the KIOWA MOA from what I could catch with MDT approach. Didn't get a visual but guessing it's a KC-130 and sounded like a J.

I agree. It is odd. That whole 5 Mhz segment is not all ham. I believe that 220-222 is allocated outside of amateur use. FedX as well as others have digital data transfers below the hams. Still, 223.000 ? Interesting as most Ham 1.25Meter repeaters around here are upper 223-upper 224 MHZ though...

Ah okay thanks for that, I'm a ADS-B newbie, didn't consider the reused Mode-S. Makes more sense than a KC-135 operating out of NKT. So does this mean old 57-1419 has been retired and they swapped out its code, or two aircraft are using the same one ?
