At this time AF1 has departed Allentown & is heading to Lancaster. SAM 45 landed at ADW at 1325 around same time as AF1 landed at Lancaster.

I'm thinking USAF does not have many of these dual wing mounted drogue hose system KC-135 types.
McGuire 62-3544 seems to get a lot of Navy F/18 Hornet hose work..
Last month like I posted was MOLSON-03 for the Canadian F/18 Hornets on NORAD exercise.
