Spotted IVY 70 (ADFE48) on local ADS-B setup. Not reported on ADS-B Exchange.
It was intermittent reception on ADS-B Exchange. IVY 70. I'm guessing it was intermittent because of the low altitude and terrain blocking it from other ADSB-X receivers ?
ADS showing 8 military jets over Washington?? No information available

When I see the PIONEER callsign, reminds me of VP Harris's USSS codename. I hope I don't see a CELTIC callsign to remind me of POTUS's codename.I imagine what you're talking about seeing is TIS-B tracks. Those would be helicopters.
Speaking of those, anyone watching flights around 1530-1600 local and see any Navy H-60s in the DC area. While out fishing I had one flying over me in the Chain Bridge area.
Would've been this one. PIONEER831
