New to thread/forum, apologies if post isn't correct.

Spotted IVY 70 (ADFE48) on local ADS-B setup. Not reported on ADS-B Exchange. Orbited Morgantown, WV near KMGW for about 30 minutes. Sounds like may be making a pass or landing at KCKB, airport to the south of KMGW per the App/Dep channel 121.5.

A bit odd for that not to be reported on ADS-B exchange. Only a couple hits for the hex code and call sign - sigint plane?

1820 local E--6B simulcast "MILLRUN"? L+C here 311.000 and 323.800 prob from DANK-76 #162782 heading offshore Atlantic from Pax river.
Nothing on HF yet.
Full scale S-meter also up here in Ct. 311.000. Didn't let the radio scan over to 323.8. I'll have to force the resume next time just to see. What does saying all those characters actually accomplish?

Coded Radio signals to Ships or Subs offshore possibly.. Could be real or bogus.. That is up to any possible enemy to figure out.

ADS showing 8 military jets over Washington?? No information available

I imagine what you're talking about seeing is TIS-B tracks. Those would be helicopters.

Speaking of those, anyone watching flights around 1530-1600 local and see any Navy H-60s in the DC area. While out fishing I had one flying over me in the Chain Bridge area.
Would've been this one. PIONEER831

Making it easy for me. It's still flying around now. ADS-B Exchange - tracking thousands of aircraft

NIGHTHAWK15 flight , AE5E79 likely MV-22 approaching Cabin John, heading back to Anacostia. 134.35

Also had a MUSSELL7 flight, single Huey, through my backyard a few minutes ago, heading to Mt Weather. Tracking via TIS-B.
2035- MUSSELL10 checking in with ops, over Dulles. 293.6

Earlier while heading to fish, saw MV-22 NIGHTHAWK32 heading up river. It came back down a few minutes later. While on the water a flight of three Army H-60s headed into DC. One USAF MUSSELL headed up river and also turned around beyond Chain Bridge.

Looks like DUSTERS came in from Holloman NM to Williamsburg Va yesterday.
Holloman supposedly operates only 4 T-38C's and they advertise joint DOD/Contractor testing like rent a T-38 :)
May be out here to test something for the USAF with a local Contractor. Prob why they landed Dover.
Maybe we can get some A/G A/A coms on these guys. Western US T-38C test birds rare around here.
DUSTER1 Flight Tracking and History 30-Mar-2021 (KPHF-KDOV) - FlightAware
looks like they did fuel hops NM to Will Rogers>Huntsville> Williamsburg>Dover.

When I see the PIONEER callsign, reminds me of VP Harris's USSS codename. I hope I don't see a CELTIC callsign to remind me of POTUS's codename.
