I was able to spot it easier than a KC-135 at 23,000ft.

Heard a RAVEN 1 flight of two headed to the Grove 1607 local with Dover and A/C appch then returning from the Grove 1736 local
with Martin State Pot apch.
Didn't stay very long at all.. Must have been one or two runs on the range then done.
Guess Potus comedy routine was not a hit with the CG graduation folks up in RI LOL
Bet you can scratch them next year on WH Grad ceremonies list.

2140 local SPUR-90 seems to be dropping down towards McGuire/Dover.
2145 SPUR-90 calling McGuire CP 237.150.alpha 1 req 40k fuel,trans for 6 crew members.
Not much of a fuel upload so assume moving on but they did say were gonna circle for a while so maybe
already heavy fuel load.

0725- CAP (Civil Air Patrol) 1808 (GA-8 N608CP) working Mission Base (Martin State) on CAP Air # 1 (149.275 FM) reporting departure from Martin State heading down the Chesapeake Bay. Probably going to PAX areas to work with 121st FS F-16s. CAP 1808 made ref to contacting TOI South. First time I've heard the CAP folks mention that. Mission Base advises CAP 1808 to assume callsign High Bird. CAP 1808 working Bay Watch (119.275) advising they are on station & will be clear of the restricted areas and acting as comms relay for event 79 sked to start at 0800 Local and last 1 hour. Other CAP acft involved are CAP 1893 (C-182 N893CP) & CAP 1875 (C-182 N875CP).

0730- Pioneer 88 (P-8 # 169333 AE5C5F VX-1) off PAX heading south. Working Potomac (135.62) then ZDC Patuxent (133.9) & cleared via Richmond/Hopewell then Tar River. Also working VX-1 Ops (341.1) w/departure msg.

0735- SAM 402 (C-37 # 18-1942 AE6961) off ADW heading northeast & SAM 330 (C-37 # 97-0401 AE010E) off ADW heading west.
