There is a E-8C KOMODO4 94-0284 orbiting the lower Ches Bay.. Prob him.
KOMODO is usually their front end training callsign.. Dont get up this way often.
0900 KOMODO4 looks like bugging out for home Southbound.

I counted 7 passenger jets stuck in a holding pattern off the NJ coast as AF1 went by. Now all 7 are heading towards JFK.
