1540- Katt 75 (T-6B #165964 ) working ZDC Patuxent (133.9) requesting to do some low level training near one of the local VORs before heading to their destination, Teterboro. Katt75 departed from Greenville-Spartanburg Airport SC.

1600- Sam 507 & SAM 411 , who had departed ADW this morning, are now inbound to ADW. Both left from St Louis MO. Must've been some heavy duty meeting.

1610- SAM 491 (C-37 # 11-0550) off ADW heading west.

1615- Ascot 5815 (RAF C-130J ZH868) working Millville Radio (255.4) advising they are over Ocean City MD and requesting wx for KGBR (sic). He spelled out KGBR but I'm sure he meant KBGR (Bangor ME). Ascot 5815 currently working way north along East Coast. Ascot 5815 departed from NAS Chambers VA

1630- ???-11 (CH-53 # 165503) (self id as flt of two) inbound to USNA (121.95). Had been down along western shore of Chesapeake Bay before returning to USNA. I'm guessing some joy rides for the Midshipmen.

Wow!!! that"s a neat looking acft.

You laugh, but I still have my slide rule (in it's brown leather case) that I used in High School. I like to take it out and show the grandkids how it was done in the old days. :ROFLMAO:

1040- Hearing fighters A/A 296.9 I have this marked as Langley F-22's. Also a tanker circling off of the NJ coast. May be related.
Also hearing weak comms on 260.9 may be training since it doesn't look like there is a CAP in place., 288.0 also active.

Rgr Ron had "BRUSHWOOD" on 323.800 and simulcast 311.000.

Ron my late Dad was mech engineer and had slide rule and he asked me in the mid 70's
how come they don't teach them anymore.By then we had those Texas Instrument calculators that could do everything.
I like that slide rule logo :)

1133 local COSMIC-01/02 with Dover apch 257.875 and Dover tower 279.625 after SFO will climb out to 5k direct McGuire.

1143 COSMIC-01 now on Philly aprch 317.550 and seem A/A on Huntress 260.900

1150 local DEED-136 C-17 00-0175 coming South from Hartford calling Quantico Ops on 355.300.
