Is it FIST or FIRST ? Maybe it's my Canadian ears but it sounds like they are saying FIST ?
This morning there was a FT 71-72 flight from KIAG-KLFI. Audio arriving KLFI
Incidentally NOBEL 11 landed right behind them.

303.0 Active, low signal up here. Sounds like 3 stations.
Anyone listening to 323.800 ? It seems like some patch of something. Anyone ?
1110- 303.000 from Ottawa, very weak, one male and one female voice talking briefly. Couldn't make out what they were saying.
Only thing I see is MAINE 85-86. Last time 303.000 was noted here was RCAF P-3s A-A.

I wonder if it’s GENKA43 (E-6B) off of Pax who is now over Tappahannock. As clear as they coming in I suspect that’s them passing messages on 323.800.
On 2nd lap around the DC area at FL240, about a 60 mile radius. Departed ADW at 0930L.

There is a training exercise scheduled for 10am at the US Capitol, unknown if what you guys are seeing/hearing is somehow related.
I did hear the mention of the word exercise in one of the transmissions. I am going to connect the E4B with the US Capitol exercise - just makes sense based on the orbit.
You got a Navy E6B sending a EAM.Usually simulcast on 311.000
Also makes sense as an exercise within the remit of Global Thunder
