I think they have to go thru a lot of steps first before they do that. First become operational then USAF Combat Ready approval etc.

The GAF has a new C-130J-30 almost ready down Georgia way.. Scheduled for delivery in February.

1225- Just had couple of quick xmissions on CG Air #1(345.0). Sounded like helo. ADS-B not showing any CG acft in area. This freq is rarely heard from my location. Just heard Copter 25 (HH-60 # 6025???).

1237- Unid acft on Shado Ops (310.15) advising they will down in 15 mins. ADS-B showing Blur 69 approach PAX. Blur 69 departed from Tinker AFB OK.

I could see an HH-65 flying around NW DC about that time.

Lighting wasn't ideal for the flyover but I can make out "AB" on the tails of the F-18s in my photos. So VFA-82 or 86.
