2046- Just heard one very short, clipped xmission on ZDC Elkins (359.1) & an open carrier on 316.9 (which I have as bomber freq). Could've been Doom 61.

A friend in KY found a new digital freq 368.25 MHz. According to him this freq had been an analog channel and is now digital.

Thanks Ron, I have had it in my list of 63 WBFM freqs since 2004; if you mean it was an AM freq and now being used as WBFM?
