The facility is PATS Aircraft (well I knew them as that name when I dealt with them directly). As with a lot of companies - they changed their name to be more modern (I guess).

They do a lot of BBJ work.......aircraft fly from Boeing in Washington state right to their facility a lot of times.

1020- Unid acft (no call noted) working w/unheard stn on SNC discrete (123.3625) trying to iron out some comms issues. The only SNC acft I see is Glare 08 (MC-12W # 08-0366) & he's jut north of ACY.

Yes - correct finishing up maintenance flight. Guess they want to make sure the fine china does not rattle to much in flight.

Yes - they have to do a maintenance test flight prior to delivery to customer or before returning to Boeing for whatever else needs to be installed into the aircraft.
