Very interesting that they are taking him to KHGR in the C-32A. This rarely happen. Usually they'll just take him to the camp in the VH-3...

Schedule change as @connorochs predicted...

Departure from Joint Base Andrews and the arrival at Hagerstown Regional Airport

5:30 PM THE PRESIDENT departs the White House en route Joint Base Andrews

5:50 PM THE PRESIDENT departs Joint Base Andrews en route Hagerstown, Maryland

6:35 PM THE PRESIDENT arrives in Hagerstown, Maryland
Hagerstown Regional Airport

Looks like a wholesale change of training callsigns for both KC-10s & C-17s at WRI. No more BEEF, JEDI, TEAM, HOIST

Still seeing TEAM and JEDI active today so I'm wondering if it's for some sort of one-time training thing ? LANK 23 going low level like AMAIN 14 yesterday and GUMMY 62 had a nice tour of Cape Canaveral on it's way back from MacDill this morning.

GUMMY 62 (check History)

Could be weather related or if he is departing Camp David to another destination after the weekend (instead of going back to Washington). Could also be the number of people accompanying him needs a larger aircraft - staff meetings or other related discussions.
TAFs showing low ceilings at both ADW and MRB so, I agree probably weather-related.

I think they are trying to keep you on your toes.....did a new commander get installed...perhaps he wanted to freshen things up.

Seems like random computer callsigns like the E-6B's use.. No doubt exercise assigned callsigns..
Has to be some type of low level training exercise up North.. Maybe working with Army up there.

Rgr on the SPUR's.. Got to be a SPUR 91,92 etc come mission day.. All the C-17's got pushed back
to Saturday into Dyess.. Maybe Sunday,Monday departure?
