Have A/A coms 388.850 report both going down to FL 220.. I have this as B-2 A/A?
#1 was female Op just called the other "32" going direct Warren?
They pop up on AR-777 freq 315.900 a few minutes late due to A/R on way up here.
Gave tail as 065. Comes back to BACKY 51,52 Tankers at FL220 entering the AR-777 area looking for JEDI 61.
Odd that BACKY's use that old 388.850 as their A/A .

1120 local getting strong static on simulcast 311.00 and 323.800 no voice yet. Maybe Digi or ENC?

I thought I might have heard the VT F-35s mention the DEATH callsign when they were in Viper ? Now hearing unid on ZBW 323.000 asking them about the tankers they see, but advise unable to tanker with KC-46s ? I'll have to check the tapes later.

Thanks for that. Did you happen to catch the B-2s on any other frequencies while they were working Viper ? I never heard them and the F-35s mentioned something about contacting HECKLER when they briefly mentioned the DEATH flight. Is HECKLER a NORAD callsign, or a Range callsign ? Do they use a discrete frequency ?

I didn't hear DEATH 11 on any other freqs. I only discovered they were there when some F-35's came up on 341.750 as they were RTB to thank them for the work and briefly discuss the F-35 & F-22 tactics, so they were clearly involved somehow.

Yes, HECKLER is a NORAD controller. HECKLER was the controller on 254.200 working with the F-22's & F-35's.

There is an RQ-4 Global Hawk at 52,000 keeping an eye on the war.
Wonder can they be air refueled?

Well probably not for a few days.....

Global Hawk can carry out reconnaissance missions in all types of operations. The 14,000nm range and 42-hour endurance of the air vehicle, combined with satellite and line-of-sight communication links to ground forces, permits worldwide operation of the system.
