Looks like E-6B is heading up close to you.
You jinxed him Ron and now headed south :)
Those darn E-6's are hard to predict at times :)
NOBLE-11 entering CAP on 260.900 and headed for BANKER-17 tanker.
NOBLE 11 gave tail as 85-012B and NOBLE-12 was 85-0127.
Odd tail # for NOBLE-11 #85-0123 is F-15c with Kadena ZZ tail.

Heads Up - I have GUNSTAR 21 climbing up out of the area heading your way. He was on Portland A/D 269.35 then switched to ZBW 263.05 then 135.7 (heard him go over the house at this time in the clouds of coarse!)

Sounds like a single, scanning for A-A just in case. Ron's list shows this for GUNSTAR:
GUNSTAR F-18C VFA-136 CVW-7 NAS OCEANA VA

1206 - I believe I've got GUNSTAR 21 with ZBW UCA09/ART08.
Missed the beginning of the transmission but I heard from the controller, "We're trying to get a UHF frequency for you, apparently they don't use that one anymore." No aircraft response was heard on my scanner however by the time I got the LiveATC feed running, I heard the end of a transmission in which it sounded like a fighter type aircraft. I'll have to check the archives once they come out.

Thanks yow777. I had to go away from the radios for a little bit and totally missed this one take off. I reviewed my recording and caught him on UHF ZBW only.
1209 PM 269.475
1213 PM 282.200
1227 PM 323.000

My son works at Portland KPWM and he called in to find out where they took off from. They took off from the former Brunswick NAS now called Brunswick Executive KBXM.

Would this also be a anticipation of Marine one Departure I am New to air monitoring

Since the N11PP helo is headed back to DC in that screenshot, it is a good indicator he has already left.

In fact, the President waived to the press as he boarded Marine One at 1:08 p.m., and the helicopter lifted off at 1:12 p.m. (six minutes before the screenshot).

Yes, that is the same helo, N11PP, which uses the radio callsign EAGLE ONE. A sister ship, N22PP is, you guessed it, EAGLE TWO.

And, they are based at the Eagle's Nest Heliport in Anacostia DC.

Usually, one of these helos launches and checks the area before a MARINE ONE departure or arrival in the Washington DC area including Camp David and the President's Delaware homes.
