A listener in FL posted that MacDill KC-135s have been using weird callsigns for the last couple of days, just like our local C-17s & C-5s. Maybe these weird callsigns are some sort of new AMC-wide effort?

They have been for some time, I believe. They’re operating using VCSL callsigns.

Rgr Ron sounds like the VFA-106 Hornet Demo team back up again.. They don't do many shows
but I think they are only ones that use callsign ROMAN-11.. BTW they ditched C models for E/F models.
