I got out there on the ramp yesterday too! Got some great photos!
Also I believe it’s VT-7 not VT-9 or maybe it’s both. I received a patch from one of the T-45 pilots and he was from VT-7.

Yes, after looking at some of my photos, there is both VT-7 and VT-9 aircraft there.

Also at 0910: STEEL 01 and HOSS (?) 01 flights IFR clearance at BTV.
0913: Two more flights of 2 got clearance but I couldn’t make out their callsigns.

205P local hearing unid "1" and "2" air-air on 228.275 LOUD and clear. Not on adsb-x
See above heard here 1410 local DOOM-81 flight with ZDC FL270 flight of two one is 3 miles in trail.
I wasn't here to chase the DOOM flight but they were staying with Wash Ctr last I heard fading instead of normal
ZNY freqs when headed northeast.Maybe they went offshore or turned back South as were L+C early in transit with ZDC.

Earlier must have been Arlington flyover had DRAGO-51 flight of two? departing Andrews 11:07 local
and rtb Andrews 11:40 local so assume around a 11:30 flyover?

I was at Burlington Int’l Airport today to catch the Eglin F-35s. They had a ton of issues and delayed their departures over an hour and a half. After one pilot had to step into a spare and one jet couldn’t launch, a total of five Eglin F-35s launched.

On the way, I stopped at a Adirondack Mountain overlook and a sign displayed a little history about the Adirondacks.

I always wondered why Fort Drum Range Control’s radio callsign was Barkeater, well this explains it!

Thanks..Nice photo catch.. I was thinking it was Andrews birds cause at 11:40 local DRAGO-51 req descent
to 7k looking for the waypoint sounded like "HIKEY at Andrews" Guess that was the point they were looking for to
start their Arlington flyover run.. I thought it was birds going back to Andrews :)
Maybe he means Hi key approach freq at Andrews? Below 8k it is no longer Wash Ctr freqs but Andrews perhaps?
