I think 1st Gentleman does, but since that's where Nikki Haley lives I'd bet it's a Trump vacation or republican gathering, rather than a VP/POTUS thing.

I heard them as well in Northeastern PA.

Interestingly, Secretary Blinken's plane did not go on the east side of the Philippines to avoid Chinese military units like Speaker Pelosi's aircraft did.

From the fuel stop in Yokota, Japan, SAM 394 took a fairly normal route from the Fukuoka FIR to the Manila FIR and then the Ho Chi Minh FIR inbound to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. His plane cruised right by the Paracel Islands claimed by Taiwan, Vietnam and China. I watched the Chinese build a massive military base on Woody Island in the Paracels as I flew over during the last two decades.

Five VMMT-204 MCAS New River MV-22s arrived yesterday at Portland, Maine (KPWM) for an extended stay for training up here in the Northeast. Callsign is CROSSBOW 11 flight and A-A freq heard so far was 225.7 I will post more freqs when I hear or record them.

Caught them on recording today using 267.4 as they were inbound to Portland. Add that as confirmed for this squadron.

Regarding that new German C-130 at Dulles…The Germans have their U.S. procurement warehouse in a dedicated hanger there. They have a neat guard post at the entrance that is painted yellow and red, just like their boarder guard posts back home. C-130s are in and out weekly. Of particular interest, they throw a great Oktoberfest in the hanger bay each year. Excellent beer and sausages from home, delivered, no doubt, by C-130.

Guys, I was at Barnes ANGB today and it happened to be Col. William “Sling” Bladen’s fini flight today and boy did the Barnestormers put on a show! First came in with a 5-ship overhead break and then proceeded to do lots of low approaches. CHOSEN 2-5 landed full stop and CHOSEN 1 (Sling) kept going with a few more low approaches, and did a wing wave on one of them. Sling finally landed full stop and taxied into the guard ramp where he was met with a water canon salute and friends and family watching him wrap up his flying career, at least in the F-15.

UHAUL normally a local Kelly Field Texas 433rd AW callsign. Guess needs some heavy repair work at Dover.

Yes, actually had that confirmed earlier this week when they were returning from Oshkosh. 267.400 should be their base freq.
