240p local: Hearing Thunderbirds on 322.95 (solos a-a).

On flightaware seeing THBRD01, but NOT seeing it/them on ASDB. Why not on ADSB-X if it/them ARE on flightaware?

Flightaware shows expected landing at 305PM local

Good question. You would think that ADSB Exchange would have plenty of receiver coverage in the DC area.

Tbird 1 shows up fine on FR24.

Because the data for these tracks is from FAA radar data, not a mode-S transponder.

Heading to Hawaii with 10's from Travis and additional 46's from McConnell
See QUAKES arriving Hawaii.. Not dragging anyone so assume will be picking up someone soon
to drag back East.

Those DC area late night Falcon Virgo exercises have become so routine and predictable anymore I wonder why they bother sometimes.
Ready 1 Cessna CAP bird or a small pax jet.
Ready 1 Coast Guard Chopper or two out of DCA
Ready Two F-16's COSMIC from Atlantic City or Andrews "Angry"based. Hardly realistic when you know what is coming.
After one hour and a half or so call it a night :)

Four F-16 Fighting Falcons assigned to the 64th Aggressor Squadron perform a flyover above downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, in honor of 9/11 on Sept. 11, 2022.

Baltimore Fleetweek seemed a bust as well.. Saw one Vid of a couple Navy choppers overhead and
the rest some few bored tourists walking around the Inner Harbor..
Think may be time to cancel Baltimore Fleetweeks and send the good visiting Sailors elsewhere.
What a dilapidated town... :(

Langley F-22's up tonight GK 312.200,238.100 and A/A 228.450 NACHO callsigns.

Totally off topic but noteworthy to the group, our friend @PenguinSix was on Inside Edition tonight, having caught the exclusive video of Trump's arrival back in the DC area yesterday. (Andrew starts about 30-40 seconds into the story).

It's the predictable headline 'Trump not invited' rather than 'Obama and Clinton not invited'. ;)

A DC media joke from years past:

George W. Bush and the Pope were riding along in a fishing boat when the Pope's hat flies off into the water. Bush says, "I'll get it" and walks across the water to retrieve the hat.

The next morning the New York Times' headline reads, "Bush Can't Swim!"

P6's video of the N725DT arrival at IAD here:

Not sure if this is accurate, nothing on schedule, but FAA Safety Team has released a notice of one day TFR for VIP movement on Tuesday, Sept 13th.

Haven’t heard anything from anyone at the airport. Strange for a less than 24 hour TFR for one day
