Subcarriers and center signal switched off and on, also some clear voice on the center ORDERWIRE channel.

OK my mistake Terry, Heard Heckler all day today. It is Huntress ATC. I've heard Footrope, Huntress and maybe a couple of others in the past. Add Heckler to that list. I'll put audio up soon from today's action.

Yes I heard Giant Killer talking to some fighters earlier and GK mentioned to monitor common air freq and switch to HECKLER on 283.8. Did not hear anything so figured they were out of my range.

Hey guys i have been seening a bunch of c17 and other reach aircraft just off the coast of del, nj and new york and then there heading over seas. does anyone one know who they would be talking to as far as atc . And if so should i be listening to the vhf oceanic channels to ? just wondering if anyone could help me i am just not hearing much from these guys unless they are on app to mcguire or dover on command channels . Last weekend with vip in delware was hearing all kinds of milair traffic no not so much now.

Yes action all over the east coast today. Barnes had several F-15's in W-105, Atlantic City had several F-16's in W-107. and Langley or DC had several F-35's ?? in W-386. All at the same time.

I turned on another computer monitor just at the same time that 272.325 became active - so I did the smart thing - I locked out 272.325 figuring it was interference from the monitor (which does happen). DUH - next time I will turn the monitor back off

That frame wasn't at Lincoln for long, noted it just after 13:00 climbing out of Robins

Depends on how far off shore they are.....if reasonably offshore monitor 118.125 for near the Virginia Maryland and Lower Delaware coast and 133.500 for areas off the Delaware New Jersey and New York coast areas. There are a few others but those are off the top of my head.

118.125 is Giant Killer (you will hear the commercial airliners call them that as well (along with any military traffic)
133.500 is New York Center Oceanic

133.500 is busier since it handles most of the traffic heading to Bermuda and the Caribbean area. They will switch to 129.900 for ARINC and then go HF (although a lot is handled via satcom now).
