It looks to me like 09-0018 was on a test flight this time, the callsign was VENUS 98. I think this plane will probably join the other three C-32As (09-0015, 09-0016 and 09-0017) reserved for AF1, SAM 46 and similar duties.

Checking LiveATC and showed up briefly on ADSB-X (TIS-B) there was a flight of 2 UH-1s callsign MUSEL 12 at 1800 feet northbound working Frederick Tower around 10:00.
13:45 Atlantic City Approach gives Salty Dog 525 a frequency for Final Approach controller at KACY.
298.875 AM was provided and confirmed active.

NOTAM published Feb 7 informs of (unusual?) low-level refueling northwest of KILG New Castle County DE airport on Wednesday night this week. One thousand feet to five thousand feet! Between points 27 miles from KILG on heading of 314 degrees and the point 57 miles from KILG on a 288 degree heading. Between 8PM and 11PM local on Feb 8.

No worries - I am sure if it was north of Wilmington Delaware at that height - they would have received a lot of complaints.

MUSSELL12 five minutes out from Mt Weather. Mt Weather tower sounds like he's on a digital radio being re-transmitted over 241.0. Never heard that before.
