You're right. It changed. It was a TIS-B target earlier. I made sure I looked at the aircraft list to see what transponder it was coming in on before I posted.That's not TIS-B, that's an actual mode-S transponder. 000011 Wouldn't be surprised if it's NOBLE11.

1014- Wink 13 working ZDC Modena (307.25) for clearance back to Pittsburgh.

LAGER KC's are flying tracks along the western and southwestern Ukrainian boarders. Saw two last night, one on the west and one on the southwest border.Been hearing inbounds to Dover using 134.100 for CP. Seems according to Notam Dover UHF CP is down.
thru end of Feb it seems.Confusing to CP's at times as McGuire also uses same 134.100
