Stillwater will be testing this system around Stillwater with police and fire units. On June 24 2025 they plan to go live for Stillwater only. The others sits are about 7 months out of using the statement. Stillwater may encpt the their system since they are the site controller for the system. Happy scanning.

Yeah it went dead on the conventional channels
I have a sds200 is it going to receive now, I know it won’t if go encrypted
I’m in Stillwater, county and Perkins is only thing coming in
Doesn’t look like radio reference has updated to show them

Sources have indicated that Police will be encrypted, fire is to unencrypted as I understand the system. The remaining sites are using convenentional systems xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Please post the talk groups so that we can see if they are encrypted. Fire is in the clear, FYI Lifenet and sheriff is on VHF.

Well whenever you have an opportunity, they will be there, 7 months from the rest of the payne county will be in on the same system.

These are TGs seen with encrypted traffic. All have the same encryption KID.
465 Likely Stillwater, had 21 RIDs caught with DSD.

These I'm not sure, anywhere from 2-6 RIDs caught.

Can anyone submit the new site and talk groups they have to the database so far? I've heard that there is some Phase 2 talk groups showing up as well. Can anyone confirm that?

Peter Stillwater has encrypted everything on police and fire,except for paging. P25 and now Cushing,Perkins,and Yale are still vhf as P25 has not been set. Osu police has went on the system, and have uses state mutual aid. Talk groups inside the stadium..Perkins will begin testing in the next 60 days. January,is the target date. Working on software. . w5tor System is going to load when all are on system. Only 5 channels.
