I just bought my first P25 police scanner - BCD996XT.

I have a question on programing for the Strafford County Sheriff. I programmed the North and South Repeater info per this site. I'm receiving traffic fine on the North Repeater, but I'm not receiving any traffic on the South Repeater which is programed as 155.7975 527NAC. Is this the correct Freq and NAC or this repeater just not in use any longer?

I seem to remember finding that error a while ago but forgot to submit a change for it. It also results in Uniden's Sentinel software being incorrect.

Strafford County's North Repeater is still actually being operated in mixed mode operation with a NAC of 527 and a DCS of 346.

By the end of this fiscal year it will be reprogrammed, like south, to operate in strictly P25 mode.

The only analog traffic you may here is an occasional fire or highway unit attempting to reach dispatch or one of their patrol units on the North repeater.

Yeah, Middleton fire used that freq. I heard they went to 154.370 cause the pagers were catching the p25 signal.. So, I deleted it, thought it was dead. Wow, Thanx!!!
