I am trying to program a "Single Frequency Capacity Plus Trunk" but I dont know if I am doing it right. HERE is the system: RI Resource Recovery Center - Scan New England Wiki
I assigned it to QK 16. I have only QK 16 running but in the radio display, it doesnt show QK 16....just all *******. If I add QK 17, that appears and the QK 16 does....but as soon as I turn of QK 17, QK 16 disappears! Also I havent heard any transmissions at all which makes me think I programmed it wrong. This is a semi active system during day and they seem to have upgraded system. It used to be a single freq conventional channel.

I am using Proscan and programming it as a DMR one trunk frequency, according to drop down list when I go to add new system. Should I be choosing "MOTOTRBO" instead? Attached is the only choices Proscan gives you.....

Here is what system looks like in Proscan......something looks off......Like the frequency is too far down the list.

So did anyone figure out what was wrong with the display? I have the same problem with this system programmed as a OFT system on my 325P2. I've heard traffic on my other radios so I'm trying this one.
SO: is all ******** and GRP: is all ---------- (for just that system).
Displays QK status fine on the 436/536 model.

On my BCD325P2, the display showed system quick key 5 was on and could not be turned off. There was nothing programmed with that quick key. Resetting the scanner fixed the problem. Be advised that resetting the scanner erases the programming. To reset the scanner: Turn the scanner off. While pressing the 2, 9, and HOLD buttons at the same time, turn the scanner on.

After a reset now S0: is all ----------- (only when scanning that DMR system). It's showing GQK status though below.
It will show S0: status when receiving and in hold but not when scanning.
Changing the Site QK number doesn't solve the problem either.
