I'm in Florida so we have our share of storms. My antenna is in the attic to prevent direct lighting strikes. My house hasn't had a strike as all other electronics and radios are working fine. I do have my equipment plugged into battery backups just for this reason. I've emailed Stridesberg several times now and he has yet to get back to me so I can send them in again. Of course I know I will have to pay again but it's strange that I have not heard back. I guess I'll need to disconnect it in the future if there that sensitive.

I guess I could just send it back in for repair in hopes it will get fixed.

I’ve read that the owner passed a while back and son had taken over the business. Since then, many are experiencing delays in email replies and even shipping. I would have thought that it would have been ironed out by now.

Just an update. My emailed made it through and Chris provided me with the information to send it in for repairs. I'll send it off tomorrow.

I do not know what is going on with Stridsberg Engineering. I have a faulty MC202. I contacted them and they replayed that they will repaired it since it is under warranty. I posted from Norway in December 23 to the US to the direction they gave me. The package was not picked up and now it is on his way back to Norway. I tried to contact them again and no answers. This is the worst ever customer service I have ever seen. You should consider not to buy from them, if you are in Europe, buy European products. If somethings goes wrong, it the same like China products!!!

MC202 are a $75 passive 2-way splitter with the same specification as a $5 CATV splitter but is a 75 ohm device, but that are only a 0,2dB loss at each port if you connect devices that are actually 50 ohm to it.

CrossCountryWireles....good luck with that. I reach out to Chris on his groups.io and he basically said he doesn't sell vis his website anyone and strictly posts available items on his eBay page. I have them as a saved search and he's posted maybe 2-3 antenna items, no multicouplers over the past 6 plus months.

I just recently purchased a filter from them. I received it in about 10 days. I’ve also purchased multicouplers in the past with no issues. It seems that they are a small family-run business and may have delays in the repair department.

My frustration with Stridsberg is growing. I received my MCA108M multicoupler Monday after about a weeks wait. No issue there.

On Tuesday I attempted to replace my Cross Country Wireless HF/VHF/UHF multicoupler with the Stridsberg. No signals making it through the Stridsberg at all. Fired off an email Tuesday. Today I called to follow-up and no answer and it sounds like the voice mail box is full.

Not a happy camper at the moment.

This is not my first MCA108M. I'm well aware of its coverage. I sold the earlier one when I divested myself of 7 tabletop receivers.

Stridsberg has a history of not communicating well. If I felt like I would get a working unit back, I'd send them my non-working 208 again.
