There appears to be a resolution to my issue. "Hi Michael, As it turns out the wrong model(VHF/UHF) circuit board was mistakenly installed in your HF MCA108M. It has been replaced with the appropriate HF circuit board, tested and is going the be shipped back to you today via UPS next day air."
