I got the fan kit, can I just hook the positive and negative wires from fan kit to my 60 amp power supply, and can I hook the positive and negative wires from the 955 to the 60 amp power supply too? Run them together i mean.

Yes, as long as the voltage is correct. A device only draws the amount of current it needs to operate correctly.
