Stumbled Across In Carbon Co

I believe I stumbled across a "private" channel used by a pd in the Palmerton area.
Was traveling on the Pa turnpike just north of the tunnel when I heard a pd unit calling another on "private".

Any ideas from that section of Carbon Co? I am not sure but I do know that freq and pl is used in Lehighton as a "private" freq

That is a MURS frequency, probably used as a replacement for CB as an informal tac channel.
