Sussex County - Local PD Designations

Hi all -

I moved to Sussex County last year, and picked up a Pro-197 over the summer. Got it all programmed up, and listening to anything that's not "secure." I'm having a hard time getting all of the local PDs units in Sussex County figured out on the DSP dispatch channel. For example, I know that 921 is Millsboro, and I think 947 is Lewes and 908 is Georgetown. Does anyone have the correct list of the local PDs and their designations? (Any other tips on DSP designations would be helpful too.)

TY, Dave! That is very helpful. Sort of an off topic question though. Are there any fire, ems, or police departments in Sussex (or Kent & New Castle) still self dispatched or are they all on the County centers now? I think a few are still self dispatched, correct?

Dover Fire is the only fire/EMS that is self-dispatched. There are occasions where Kent Center will dispatch Dover Fire (station 46) using Kent Center's own tones.

AFAIK, Wilmington fire and EMS is paid and probably is self-dispatched. I don't listen to New Castle or Sussex Counties at this time.
