I am in Broken Arrow Ok and just go a new 1065 for Christmas and was wondering where I can take it to get it programed for my area for my Wife she loves to just to listen to everything from weather to police. This is not my expertise so thought might have someone do it for me

Hope your wife doesn't want to listen to BAPD/FD...no scanner can monitor them.
