I just started using the new version of Unitrunker. I have an EDACS system that I monitor. It decodes fine. I have all 15 frequencies programmed into the software. The issue I have is that each time the Control Channel changes, Unitrunker pops up a new system. I then have to type in the frequency for the control channel and it starts decoding like normal. The problem is, I lose any data that was saved on the new system. Again, not a major issue unless I am not there to type in the frequency right away at which time I lose hours of data.

What am I missing here? The must be a way to avoid having a new system pop up each time the CC changes.

Drgensel - try the following steps.

Pause the decoding receiver
Set the receiver's site lock mode to dedicated.
Delete any duplicate systems.
Make sure all known control channels are checked.
Resume decoding.
When the site window appears - enter the control channel frequency as before.

When the inevitable control channel change occurs, the program should stick with the same site.

It's been about 24 hours since I followed the steps and it appears to be working fine so far. Thanks for the info!

Setting the "Lock Mode" to "Dedicated" has not resolved the issue. The past two days the control channel has changed resulting in a new system until I add the control channel frequency. Oddly enough, if I shut Unitrunker down and restart it, within a few seconds it affiliates with my saved system and runs normally. It's only when the control channel changes that it will not affiliate on its own.

With that said, I am losing a lot of data. Until a solution is found, is there a way to save the data from the "limbo" system to my saved system?

You can export and then re-import the data.

Cirst, go to the Archive tab and press Save. That will give you a snapshot in case you need to rollback.

Open the limbo system and set the RRDB download SID to match the original system. Export the system and then delete it. You don't want two systems with the same SID. Import the system. You *should* see the merged results.
