Target Field

So I am staying about four blocks from Target Field. Twins are home again. (I feel genuinely bad for Twins fans this season, Target Field is a beautiful ball park)

Anyways, been sitting on the system with two scanners. One running LCN finder mode, the other just running it as conventional.

I've noted the following .

All frequencies on the CAP+ system are Color code 4.
The whole system is encrypted. With TG 41 being the most active on the system, and 42 second most.
TGs 11 and 51 are both showing up but nowhere near as much as the two above.

I've submitted the whole thing to be updated in the DB, but just thought I'd mention it here.

Hopefully the Twins have a better 2nd half of the season.

At least we've got the Saints, they're doing halfway decent. Won when I was there last night. They've got a beautiful park too and are in town all week. You should check them out while you're here.
