Found a new one this morning. Have determined this to be:
Saratoga Springs PW

Based off the conversations I have heard they have been working with a camera truck, vacume truck, and jetting out a line to get rocks out. (All very common for a sewer department.) But there has also been talk about a irrigation water as well. The clincher for it being Saratoga Springs was a question about which jurisdiction a subdivision was in. The answer was it was on Lehi's side of the river. Don't know any other town that shares a river with Lehi.

This is actually the Saratoga Springs "City" channel. The PD was using it as "City" or "Channel 3" when they started up last month and when they were getting all the city radios up to par with the city departments (PD, Fire and PW) the users were saying that this was "city" and then the next two were "fire" and "PD" which is probably the designated car to car. Occasionally there is PD traffic but mostly it's public works.

Which TG's are "the next two"? and

Would you suggest changing this to City vs. PW?

I'd keep this one 'City for I have heard both PW and PD on it, like what a City channel used to be PD at night and PW during the day. Fire is 41696 and I haven't heard anything from the PD other than on the "City" channel. My guess is that PD chit-chats more on their Nextels and seldom uses their designated car to car channel.
