TGID 0 hits

I am getting several hits on TGID 0. I am using Unitrunker 1 0 0 5 at a decode accuracy of 99%, any idea why I am getting TGID 0 hits?

I got them on WVIRP APCO for radio's that are logon to a system that is not in there assign area and I also get it on AEP Edac system as well.
