The band plan has been added to all sites in the RRDB.

Indeed. What is the meaning of "TDMA" in the band plan? The system is listed as P25 Phase 1..

P25 Channel ID Table

CH IDTypeBase (MHz)Spacing (KHz)Transmit Offset (MHz)
1FDMA380.0000012.5+10
9TDMA380.0000012.5+10

What's with the TDMA? Is this to do with future upgrades?

That's how Harris set the system up. To date, no TDMA talkgroups have been identified as far as I know.

The Raven Rock site (005-01-001) was reporting a neighbor site 005-02-002 using 385.025 as its cch. Didn't there used to be an entry for this site in the RRDB? It was theorized that this is a site used inside the mountain.

that was back when I got into an argument with several that there was that Site 2 on the same frequencies. I heard both--using the same control channel with switching back-and-forth which site number I saw. It was disputed and apparently removed. I conjectured it covered inside the mountain.

Probably been asked before, but I'm seeing talkgroups like below with 2 numbers on them, guessing they are just patches?

385.175000 Joint National Capital Region / Joint Base Andrews Unknown TGID:25173 9645 P25 1 25173 NFM 3 P25 Trunk

What Software or Radio are you seeing this format in?
that will help in a more accurate reply

Since 25173 is shown twice, my assumption is that is the (TG) Talkgroup
and the 9645 might be the Radio ID (RID)

9645 is a tg - it is used by older infrastructure / subscribers that are still in service after the NDW dispatch function was consolidated.

hence asking what the OP was seeing it from. (Radio/Software) to get context

Guess it is a patch then between the old and the new ?
