Why is it ok to continually discuss the purchase and use of an illegal piece of software (dsdplus) but not the most mickey mouse of privacy systems (trbo bp)?

Sorry I'm not a lawyer and I suspect you aren't either.

I don't have any knowledge of DSD or its derivatives being illegal but I do know that breaking encryption is most likely illegal in most countries.
