BCT15X: Tone Out Feature

Hello,
I need a little help. I have all the information programmed in for my department for the tone out feature to work. But when a call comes in it doesn't alert like it should. I am not with this scanner thing. Can someone please give me some pointers. We are on a narrow band freq does that matter?

Assuming you have the correct tone and frequency, you will only received an alert tone if you are holding on FTO. You can not be scanning. If you are not scanning, this may help: Easier to Read BCT15-X FTO
