What is GE Radio service? Please share the frequency(s) for more help.

GE is the FCC service code for Public Safety/Special Emergency and Public Safety National Plan, 806-817/851-862 MHz, Conventional (Post Rebanding)

I believe the license in question is WPFT360

Does anyone know how there operate,
Do they use TG or Callsigns to Identify.

GE licenses should be conventional, not trunked. Trunked operations would require a YE license.

This particular license only permits analog operations, so a good place to start is to scan the FB2 (repeater) frequencies for activity in carrier squelch.

Note that the three sites on this license are the same as UCAN sites Black Crook Peak, Delle and Wendover Peak.

You all on the right track,
Now let's narrow it down a bit.
What I was looking for is what is this series of Freqs used for
and do they identify using (Code) names for,
Example: Lemon for Lieutenant and Sam for Sergeant
or maybe Paul for patrol
and does any one know if they use a TG (Talk Group number system) assigned to them.

I receive WPFT360 from the Dell site. They are DMR frequencies (TC school bus, landfill and Wendover airport operations). They use talk groups; this system was setup ~recently/last fall and I did submit to RR database.

I have Antelope Island blocking most of the traffic off of the Dell site.
Question: Do you know If they use this site for any Public safety traffic.
Such as Swat or emergency preparation of any type.

I don't think so. I haven't heard anything other than what I previously mentioned..

Looking at this thread and I don't fully understand.
However, I know for sure that I can't not copy Delle 800Mhz
because Antelope Isl block the higher freq from my QTH,
I can copy the vhf-hi band.

There is a group of monitors in the Wasatch area that would be interested in anything that would assist in the enjoyment of the hobby. Take Care, Be Safe.
