Toronto Patching

I'm just in the process of getting a new radio programmed and am trying to fit as many channels in as possible.

Off hand, does anybody know which TPS channels are (permanently) patched?

11-D11 / 12-D12
13-D13 / 61-HWY
22-D22 / 23-D23
32-D32 / 33-D33
51-D51 / 53-D53
54-D54 / 55-D55

The 51 and 53 patch is there 95% of the time but there have been times I've seen them separate. All the other ones I've never seen unpatched.
