Very breifly last night, I heard 17072 saying the funeral processions roads were now open again. Based on other posts here, is it enough info to add this ID as Special Events in the DB ?

I would like to pathalogical, however unless it is confirmed, I can't. :(

One line that sticks with me from the Database Administrator's Handbook is that the database is not meant to be "a collection of guesses."

The best would be to create a WIKI page that all of us collaborate on and add our unconfirmed talkgroups.http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Toronto_Hydro_&_Public_Works

I could get the ball rolling by adding some talkgroups I have jotted down to that WIKI page, however those notes are at home and I'll have to add them later.

19024 was heard a few times last week, but doesn't seem to be on a regular basis. Also, can the Public Works Talkgroups be arranged in numerical order, like Hydro, instead of alphabetical ?

I heard 19024 too, regarding clearing ice on City property.
Also, the talkgroups are put back in numerical order.

If you are also watching this system, I wonder if you can help me out with the Transportation Service talkgroups. I'd like to nail down the geographical zones.
I heard some snow clearing operations on 16688 and the location was Duncanwoods and Finch and then to go over to Rowntree Mills Park.

This makes me think it may be North District, but it's right on the border of west. I'm going to give those four talkgroups some extra attention :

16016 Transportation Services
16112 Transportation Services
16240 Transportation Services
16688 Transportation Services

Last week, while late night scanning, some odd IDs were popping up:

18925
18736
18800
18928 - user was contacting North York dispatch. NY dispatcher replied.

Today, the Water department were out fixing busted water mains and I caught a convo between crew and dispatch.

The dispatcher said the correct channel for the crew to use should say N Ops on their Motorola's (heard on 18928). They were on 18736 and were not getting any answers.

I believe Water (and possibly other City departments) were/are on Telus Mike. With that system shutting down soon, looks like they've found a new home.
