SDRTrunk Transmission Upload Errors ONLY on Calls Ingest

Good evening everyone,

I have recently purchased an RTL-SDR and paired it with SDRTrunk to scan the Alaska Land Mobile Radio (ALMR) system in the Fairbanks North Star Borough.

I am uploading via a Calls Ingest here as well as a 'regular' audio feed here. It is important to note, both feeds are running on the same instance of SDRTrunk, from the same alias lists, the same tower within the LMR, and the same aliases set to stream.

I have noticed that the calls system is missing multiple calls that are being picked up and uploaded by the straight audio feed. Attached are some photos of the setup that I have as well as some of the errors I've been seeing. If anyone was wondering (or if it's helpful) the receiver is set to polyphase and all frequencies within the tower are within the 2.4 MHz range that the SDR can receive at once.

I was reading another post (possibly) regarding the same issue, but unlike one of the suggestions, there does not appear to be anyone else possibly in the state providing a Calls Feed that would possibly create another tower to pick up the transmissions that I am missing under "systemwide" calls. If you do some research, there is another node, but I recently moved locations and it makes more sense to stream the tower that I am currently streaming, so the other node is not active.

Let me know if there are any follow-up questions, I thank everyone for taking the time to read and possibly provide me some help!

I've disabled duplicate call detection for your node as a test to see if this helps with your issue. Let me know.
Thank you for your opportunity to test! I have set SDRTrunk to find duplicate calls via radio ID so on the off-chance the rare occurrence a TG is patched then it will detect those duplicate calls and prevent it from getting to your servers. I have also restarted SDRTrunk so I can cross-reference with my regular broadcast (with before/after photos). Let me know if there's anything else you'd like me doing in the meantime, I will check back regularly and see if I see any improvement.

I'm having issues with calls detecting duplicates on patched calls and ending up not getting replies or whole conversations.

Node 2800 TG patched is 4 (Hobart PD). Right now she (the dispatcher) has 109, 4, 77, 8301(?) and 32804(?) all patched together. I'm missing whole calls and replies from units when this happens. I think this is why I have such a high volume of duplicates detected. No one else is feeding this system to calls.

Can you take a look for me Lindsay (or another bcalls expert).

Well, sir, it's been a week, and I have really good results!

I have had no duplicate calls as far as I've been able to tell and the upload on both feeds are uploading the same amount of calls and I really haven't been seeing a break in radio communications on the calls platform. It would seem that the issue has been solved! Thanks again for allowing me to test it out and I hope that we find a permanent solution sometime soon.
