Scan all the business bands in UHF....

...and the 800 MHz LTR systems. But I'd bet most of them use cell phones.

FRS/MURS radios are usually used for line of sight tree to ground communications on the job sites and they also use a headset called Peltor Powercom which is VHF HI,LO band also they make UHF models too.Also another is called Earmark which is 900 MHZ.
