I'll be making my way to MYR vis 95 south-Is this system being used TOTALLY by the NCHP or do they still use low band--thanks

Which system are you referring to? This would help us help you. If you're speaking of VIPER, SHP is only online in a few areas. The majority of the state is still on VHF low band.

MYR is Myrtle Beach (use to be AFB). Guess he's heading for the Dillon exit or at least to US 41 exit at Lumberton.

Yes, I'm heading for a vacation in MYR next month. The system {NCHP} I'm referring to the North Carolina highway patrol. I see that SC is totally on the Palmeto system but after some reading I see North Carolina and Virgina's is a few years away. I've uploaded everything from Upstate NY to MYR to my 396 file for my trip next month--thanks much for the replies !!
