Has anyone had the time to scan federal bands to see if there is any unencrypted comms out there for the event?

The Closest Frequency I pick up. That is close to federal from Analog. Is National Interoperability 800mhz. Mainly 8 CALL90. Some 700 mhz calls.
But Secret Service Analog channels should be Encrypted. And any agency that's gonna help out with security. They all should be on one channel. Usually, the SC Interoperability LE Common Channels on Palmetto 800

I can't really pick up Analog Channels like I used to with Retired Uniden BCD 396xt. (Best scanner ever own)
This SDS 100 is superior on Palmetto 800 and Trunk Systems. But not so good on picking up UHF or VHF

I will run DSD plus fastlane tonight along with the micro P25 and listen for anything. I think I will run one on the Pickens tower since it is hardly used.

I updated my interop 8TAC and 8SCTAC frequencies. They might use one of the LE mutual aid talkgroups. I'm too far away to hear UTACD frequencies. I imagine that the Secret Service has all band radios, so they could be anywhere. If PCSO is involved, they might be on the 460.150 repeater on Six Mile Mtn. It's like the SO channel 3.

USSS no longer use analog, all there traffic is conventional P25 with NAC of 001, typically on MIKE 165.2125, CNOS 3 163.1125, and 165.6875, sometimes also on BAKER 165.7875, all usually (but not always) encrypted.
